They're the actual names... as far as I've been able to find out.
This one's common name is "creeping spurge," which sounds really unappealing.
From what I've heard, they can be kind of invasive, but a lot of people around here use them in rock gardens, or as a ground cover.
They get yellow flowers on the tips.
